Aluno do PPGEEL recebe Prêmio ISCAS Predoctoral Achievement Grant por apresentação de trabalho durante o IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems 2024 - ISCAS 2024.
É com satisfação que divulgamos o prêmio recebido pelo aluno Me. Gabriel Maranhão Soares, além da participação e apresentação de 4 trabalhos. Um destes intitulado "A design-oriented single-piece short-channel MOSFET model" de Deni Germano Alves Neto e Gabriel Maranhão Soares, doutorandos, sob orientação dos Prof. Dr. Márcio Cherem Schneider e Prof. Dr. Carlos Galup-Montoro, integrantes do Laboratório de Circuitos Integrados (LCI-UFSC) do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Engenharia Elétrica (PPGEEL) da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC).
