É com grande satisfação que divulgamos o prêmio concedido ao artigo intitulado "A 5-DC-Parameter MOSFET Model for Circuit Simulation in QucsStudio and Spectre" de Deni Germano Alves Neto, Cristina Missel Adornes e Gabriel Maranhão, doutorandos, sob orientação dos Prof. Dr. Márcio Cherem Schneider e Prof. Dr. Carlos Galup-Montoro, integrantes do Laboratório de Circuitos Integrados (LCI-UFSC) do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Engenharia Elétrica (PPGEEL) da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC).
